Returns
At Revel Ceramics, each piece is handmade with care. Because of the nature of small-batch ceramics, we can only offer refunds or exchanges in specific cases:
Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Proof Required – Send clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, to hello@revelpottery.com.
Refund or Exchange – Once we review your claim, we’ll arrange either a refund or a replacement piece (subject to availability).
Please note:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged.
Natural variations in glaze, color, and shape are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
