1. Orders & Checkout

Purchases are completed through guest checkout only.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are typically 5–7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times are managed by USPS or other carriers. We are not responsible for delays once an order has left our studio.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are available only if an item arrives damaged (see our Refund Policy).
Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery, with photo proof of damage.

4. Use of Products

Our pottery is intended for personal use only. Reselling our items without permission is not allowed.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, and written content on this website are the property of Revel Pottery.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content or products for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, including carrier delays or misuse of products after delivery.
