A note about handmade
Every piece is handbuilt, painted, glazed and handled by one person. You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade object by a human, so minor variations, and signs of being handmade are to be expected. I hope you love and appreciate their uniqueness as much as I do!

Dishwasher? Microwave?
All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. I highly recommend handwashing and minimizing use of microwaves. Items with gold and pearlescent luster on them cannot go in the microwave or dishwasher.​​

Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment I only ship within the United States and Canada.

What's your shipping policy?
Items are shipped by USPS within the United States for a flat fee that is dependent on the weight of your shipment. It should take 3-8 days to arrive once shipped.
Items are shipped to Canada by UPS. The customer is responsible for all taxes and fees in addition to the flat fee shipping charge that is dependent on the weight of your shipment. Packages may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Can I return my order?
All items are final sale. If your item is damaged during transit, please send photos within 72 hours delivery to hello@revelpottery.com and I'll work with you on a solution!

My package was lost in transit, what do I do?
Revel Pottery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is in possession of USPS or another mail carrier. It's a good idea to keep an eye on tracking so you can bring the package in when it arrives. If your package is stolen from your doorstep, you can file a claim using your tracking number via USPS.
