Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
We primarily ship via USPS. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Once an order leaves our studio and is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
At Revel Pottery, each piece is handmade with care. Because of the nature of small-batch ceramics, we can only offer refunds or exchanges in specific cases:
Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Proof Required – Send clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, to hello@revelpottery.com.
Refund or Exchange – Once we review your claim, we’ll arrange either a refund or a replacement piece (subject to availability).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged.
Natural variations in glaze, color, and shape are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
